HyParComp™ Multipeak
HyParComp Multipeak provides multi-level antibody capture for compensation/unmixing and fluorescence standardization. The product captures antibodies derived from four species: mouse, rat, hamster and rabbit.
The product contains:
- Hydrogels with 3 levels of antibody capture:
- Negative
- Medium
- High
- Each kit comes with 2 dropper bottles (liquid)
- Negative Bottle:
- 100% negative population
- 100,000 hydrogels per drop
- Positive Bottle:
- 50% High / 50% Medium
- 100,000 hydrogels per drop (50,000 of each population)
HyParComp Multipeak can be used for compensation or spectral unmixing or as an instrument standardization control for fluorescence.
